Please complete and submit the booking form (via Surveymonkey) to reserve your place . During holiday periods please allow up to two weeks to receive an acknowledgement of a booking or payment, or a response to an enquiry.
This includes all tuition, teaching materials, accommodation and three meals a day (from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch inclusive) as well as light refreshments. Accommodation is in single study bedrooms with shared shower and toilet facilities.
This includes all tuition, teaching materials, lunch each day from Sunday to Friday inclusive and light refreshments. Dinner is also available for an additional £6 per day if ordered in advance.
All participants also have use of the tennis courts, sports hall and swimming pool at designated times each day.
Deposit: a deposit of £75 is required at the time of booking. During holiday periods please allow up to two weeks to receive an acknowledgement of a booking or payment. Provided that we are able to offer you a place on the course, this deposit becomes non-refundable. The balance of fees is due by 31st May 2019.
Cancellation and refunds: participants cancelling a booking after 1st June 2019 will not be entitled to any refund of payments.
Discounts: (please note that participants can claim one type of discount only)
- Groups – a 10% discount on each place is available for groups of 6 or more participants.
- Families – each family member receives a 5% discount when 2 or more participants from the same family attend the RMJSC.
ESJE Bursaries: CALLING MUSIC TEACHERS AND ENSEMBLE LEADERS – we are offering a small number of bursaries. If you have a pupil, student or ensemble member who would demonstrably benefit from attending the Richard Michael Jazz Summer Course but who would not be able to attend without some financial assistance, please contact us for more details of how to apply: email@example.com
